The Upper Grand Family Health Team is a not for profit organization focused on improving primary health care for the people of Centre Wellington. As part of the government?s initiative to improve primary care in Ontario, the Upper Grand Family Health Team (UGFHT) is helping local Family Doctors in Arthur, Elora and Fergus to expand the availability of specialist services in the doctor?s office.
